Terms and Conditions of sale 

Custom design

  • Our Design Services may incur costs that vary depending on consultation
  • All alterations are an additional $10.00 per item
  • NO Exchanges or refunds are accepted on Made-to-order products unless deemed to be faulty

  • Samples are available on request for sizing and viewing
  • Samples are to be returned within 10 working days at your OWN expense 
  • All samples must be sent back in same condition received, for marked garments you will be charged for the garments full price

    Payment and Freight

  • Freight charges apply unless discussed otherwise with a DBR Representative
  • Distributor Orders please allow a 2 - 4 week delivery timeframe
  • NZ Made to order please allow a 4-6 week delivery timeframe (please contact us if you require an urgent order)
  • We require payment in full upfront on all orders online
  • Interest will be charged from date of invoice at the rate of 3% per month on any sum not paid by due date (pre-arranged payment only) 
  • Ownership of the goods supplied does not pass to the buyer until the goods have been paid for in full

  • Product returns

  • We will happily refund or exchange distributor items if returned within 7 days of purchasing 
  • No refunds or exchanges on NZ made-to-order items unless deemed faulty
  • NZ made-to-order must be cancelled within 24hours to receive a full refund, if cancelled within 7 days you will be refunded 50% of the order total, if cancelled after 7 days you will not be refunded
  • No Responsibility taken if garment care instructions are not followed (Ensure to ask about washing and care)
